The Queen City is all about art this weekend
While there’s always art to view and enjoy in Cincinnati, this weekend is extra special thanks to the return of BLINK and the premier of a new event.
Long Exposure: Recent Work by Alumni of College of DAAP’s Fine Art Photography Program

Explore the recent works of University of Cincinnati alumni in the exhibit “Long Exposure.” This exhibit showcases photography by former College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) studetsn.. “Long Exposure” demonstrates the diverse approaches, perspectives and aesthetics University of Cincinnati alumni have brought to the field of photography. This exhibit is free to attend.
Cincinnati Art Week

Location: Over-the-Rhine
To better celebrate all the art that Cincinnati has to offer, Cincy Nice, in partnership with No Standing and community partner has created Cincinnati Art Week (CAW). The weeklong celebration features exhibitions, pop-up galleries, and other artsy social gatherings around Over-the-Rhine. Throughout the week, participating storefronts and other available areas will turn into temporary art installations. Guests can shop the Art market, meet artists and take part in other special programs. This event is free to attend.
BLINK
Date: Oct, 8-11

Location: Cincinnati and Covington, Kentucky

BLINK is back in Cincinnati this year. This festival of lights is the nation’s largest immersive art and lightevent. BLINK will feature 92 artists from around the world, turning the city into the host of several large temporary art installations. BLINK is a four-day celebration that comes to Cincinnati every other year. BLINK is a free, family-friendly event spread across Cincinnati and Covington, Kentucky.
