Enjoy some spooky events the weekend before Halloween 

Cryptids, creatures and creators gather for nights of whimsical fall fun. These themed events feature a variety of myths, monsters and other folklore as well as food, drinks, shopping and dancing, as well as other live entertainment. 

Covington Cryptid Block Party 

Date: Oct. 24 
Time: Noon-6 p.m. 
Location: Pike Street, Covington, KY 

Join Covington for a night of whimsical fall fun during its fifth annual Covington Cryptid Block Party. This festival will feature local food and art vendors, plus live entertainment, including music, dancers, clowns, cryptids and other unexpected acts for all ages. This event will take place on Pike Street between Madison Avenue and Washington Street. This event is free to attend. 

Dark Market: Cryptids of Cincinnati 

Date: Oct. 24 
Time: Noon -7 p.m. 
Location: Rhinegeist Brewery 

That Dark Market returns to Cincinnati this Halloween season with over 35 artists, curators and makers. Discover unique creations, enjoy live music and entertainment and savor food and beer from Rhinegeist Brewery. This event is free to attend. Merchandise, food and service fees may vary. 

Dent Schoolhouse 

Dates: Various dates through Nov. 13

Location: 5963 Harrison Ave., Cincinnati 

The Dent Schoolhouse celebrates 30 years this year, with more screams than ever before. Each ticket includes access to seven scare zones as well as The Moster Midway. On Oct. 25, visitors can enjoy a special lights-on edition from 4-6 p.m.
