Disney’s “The Lion King”

CenterPoint Energy Dayton Air Show
Date: June 13-14
Time: Parking opens at 8 a.m. Gates open at 9 a.m.
Location: Dayton International Airport, Dayton, Ohio
One of the region’s biggest summer events returns with military and civilian flight demonstrations, including performances by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. Static aircraft displays and family activity areas add to the experience.
Newport Italianfest

Location: Newport Festival Park, Newport, Kentucky
Set between the Purple People and Taylor-Southgate bridges, Newport Italianfest brings more than 120,000 people to the banks of the Ohio River each year. The annual event features live music, cultural experiences and lots of Italian flavor.
Vintage Base Ball Game

The Cincinnati Buckeyes will take on the 1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings in a historically accurate game this weekend in Wyoming. You’ll see how much the game (and the uniform) has changes since the 19th century during this vintage game.
