West Chester biomanufacturing site will add 440 new jobs

The West Chester economy will add 440 new jobs over the next three years thanks to an expansion of National Resilience’s biomanufacturing operation in the city. The expansion will include an associated annual payroll increase of nearly $29 million, according to REDI Cincinnati and JobsOhio. 

“After completing our purchase of the West Chester manufacturing site in January 2023, Resilience remains committed to the state of Ohio and we are thrilled to both further develop and modernize the facility and grow our West Chester workforce,” said Rahul Singhvi, Sc.D., CEO of Resilience. “Our West Chester facility plays a key role within Resilience’s network, as the site serves as our global center of excellence for commercial drug product manufacturing.” 

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company dedicated to broadening access to complex medicines (biologics, vaccines, nucleic acid, cell/ gene therapy modalities and drug product).  

Founded in 2020, the company is building a sustainable network of high-tech, end-to-end manufacturing solutions to ensure the treatments of today and tomorrow can be made quickly, safely, and at scale.
