Explore areas long untouched with the Brewing Heritage Trail 

Abandoned streets, forgotten roadways and chilling tales are all available this fall with Brewing Heritage Trail’s Darkside of Brewing Tour. Explore by flashlight as the haunting history of Queen City is relived through story. The Darkside of Brewing Tour guides guests through Renner Street, the Imperial Theater and the historic 19th-century Jackson Brewhouse—spaces that have been closed for years and are now open through this tour.  

The Darkside of Brewing Tour begins and ends at Northern Row Brewery & Distillery, where guests are welcome to get a drink before or after the tour. The tour will take guests less than 1 mile from its start to end point. Flashlights will be provided for exploring the dark street corners. 

Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather conditions as well as the walking conditions, as part of the tour will take place in unpaved areas. Some stories told during the tour may not be suitable for younger children.   

This haunted experience will be available Fridays and Saturdays from Oct. 2 through Nov. 28. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.
