Celebrate the history of Factory 52 with the House of Cards Carnival
Many Cincinnatians are familiar with the story of the historic Factory 52’s status as the former home of the U.S. Playing Card Factory, before its evolution into the entertainment and retail hub that it is today. This October, Factory 52 is inviting everyone to a weekend celebration to enjoy and celebrate that rich history as they debut their newest event, the House of Cards Carnival.
Running from October 1-5, Carnival-goers will be able to enjoy games, live entertainment and rides at this festival. Factory 52 has partnered with One Amusement to bring rides to this carnival-themed celebration. Fairground favorites will be available as well as the new Starship 2000, a graviton ride. Rides will be set up in the Eastern parking lot across from Fretboard Brewing.
Additionally, the carnival will feature a variety of family-friendly entertainment, including magicians, aerialists, balloon artists, face painters and clowns, as well as live music presented by Fretboard Brewery.
The festival will be free for all and open to the public to attend. Tickets for rides and games will be available for purchase.
Wed.-Thurs. 5 p.m.- 10 p.m., Fri, 5.- 11 p.m. Friday, Sat.-Sun. 1- 11 p.m.
