Wednesdays in the Woods

Music doesn’t wait for the weekend

The city of Cincinnati hosts several free live music events at different parks around the city. Wind down the day with some live music, good food and community. 

Wednesdays in the Woods  

Liven up the middle of the week with some live music in Burnet Woods. These woodland concerts will be held on Wednesdays this summer. Every Wednesday will have live music, games and art activities for all ages. Food trucks and beer sales will be available, giving guests the perfect way to cool down and enjoy the show. 

Every Wednesday, 7-9 p.m. in Burnet Woods May 28- August 6. You can read more on Cincy Parks’ website.  

Rocking the Roebling  

Looking for more midweek music? Rocking the Roebling has plenty for everyone this summer. Every Thursday this summer the city will host this event at Smale Riverfront Park. Rocking the Roebling will have a mix of music curated by a DJ and live band. . Food and beer will be available for sale from Moerlein Lager House during these events.  

Every Thursday, 6-10 p.m. May 15- August 28. You can find more information and the band lineup on the city’s website. 

Gettin’ to the Point  

The perfect way to end a work week and start a weekend with some local live music. Gettin’ to the Point is a biweekly music event hosted on Fridays at Sawyer Point & Yeatman’s Cove. This event brings some of Cincinati’s best local bands to the stage.  

6-10 p.m. July 11 and 25. You can find more information and the band lineup on the city’s website.  

Music at the Esplanade  

The weekend is here and there is one more weekly concert series the city of Cincinnati will be hosting this summer. The Music at the Esplanade will be held at Smale Riverfront Park on Saturdays this summer. Enjoy the musical stylings of single performers and bands alike in this concert series. Food and drink will be available for purchase.  

Every Saturday, 5-7 p.m. Until Aug 30. More information on the city’s website.
