Cincy Brews for Brains Scheduled for September 12

Join The Giving Voice Foundation for its annual Cincy Brews for Brains event at Braxton Brewery

The Giving Voice Foundation announced tickets are officially on sale for its September 12 Cincy Brews for Brains event at Braxton Brewery from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The evening will feature local beer and bites to support programming offered to local adults with Alzheimer’s and dementia and their caregivers at no cost to them.

Guests who attend Cincy Brews for Brains will enjoy a retro-themed photobooth before going on an exclusive six-beer tasting led by the founder of Braxton Brewing. Once the tour is complete, attendees will be given two full cans of freshly brewed beer to sip on while eating a dinner-by-the-bite spread, a hot pretzel bar and Dojo Gelato for dessert. The rooftop will be open before and after the tasting for those who wish to enjoy panoramic views of the city. Guests will also receive a complimentary commemorative beer glass.

The beer tour gives guests an inside look at the history of Braxton Brewing and information about each beer brewed while supporting the mission behind The Giving Voice Foundation.

The Giving Voice Foundation strives to facilitate cross-generational conversations and connections in order to help improve the health of older adults through advocacy, education, engagement and storytelling. Cincy Brews for Brains proceeds benefit a variety of innovative programs aimed at improving the lives of local older adults living with Alzheimer’s and dementia and their caregivers. Those who purchase tickets to attend the event help to enable the programs to continue to be offered to the community free of
charge.

Braxton Brewing is located at 27 W. 7th Street in Covington, Kentucky. The event is open to those age 21 and older, and you can purchase your tickets at its website and stay up to date with The Giving Voice Foundation by following along on Facebook and Instagram.
