Plan your next big event with the help of one of the Tristate’s many venues
We’re back to in-person events! And, luckily, the Tristate is home to many unique venues that are perfect for a variety of corporate and social events. We’ve detailed three below, but make sure to look through the following listings and read profiles of several of the region’s standout venues to find the perfect location for your upcoming event.
Full Throttle Adrenaline Park
Those looking for a side of competitive racing with their meeting should consider Full Throttle Adrenaline Park, which has locations in Springdale and Florence, Kentucky. The Florence location offers two private, tech-friendly spaces—the Daytona room, which can accommodate 30 guests, and the Bristol Room, which can fit up to 55—while the Springdale location has three spaces that can accommodate up to 150 people. After your meeting, your team can race go karts at speeds of up to 40 miles per hour, try your hand at axe throwing, compete against each other in the paintball arena, blow some steam in the Rage Room or explore a new universe in a VR adventure, depending on your location. The Madison Event Center
The Madison Event Center is more than a place for beautiful weddings—it’s also great for corporate events or meetings. In the past, the venue has hosted team building sessions, seminars, luncheons, networking events, holiday parties, retirement parties and more. Amenities include sound and AV equipment, room set-up and an on-site kitchen and executive chef. Taft Museum of Art
The Taft Museum of Art is ideal for those wanting a downtown location in a unique space. The museum, which was recently renovated in 2022, offers three different spaces for rent—the Fitch Conference Room, a 12-seat board room with views of the Taft Gardens; Luther Hall, a cherry-paneled room that works for board meetings, dinners and cocktail hours, and can accommodate 75 guests seated or 120 standing; and the Garden Tent, an outdoor tent, secluded behind the museum, that can fit up to 350.
