I just finished reading the second part of your series on Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport ("Course Correction," December/January). I agree with many points in your article regarding high airfares, poor service and mismanagement by the airport board.

However, there is an airport on the eastern side of Cincinnati that provides an alternative to CVG. Lunken Airport is the perfect reliever airport for CVG, and there is regular service. We run from Lunken to Chicago Midway three days per week, and Destination One, which is out of Cleveland, flies in every day. Additionally, Lunken has free parking, no need to arrive two hours early, minimal security hassles and no baggage diffficulties.

In recent years, air travel has become a gruesome experience. Our goal is to put some of the fun back in aviation.
