Whether you’re a custom builder planning a new project or a homeowner thinking about remodeling your kitchen, Kelly Brothers Home & Design Center, 3502 Latonia Ave., Covington, Ky., has the resources to help.

From its three design showrooms to its staff of designers, Kelly Brothers, which also has showrooms in Dry Ridge and Owenton, can turn ideas into reality.

“We’ve been in business since 1947, so we’ve got a lengthy track record of providing very good products and backing that up with service, typically above and beyond the manufacturers’ warranty,” says Brandon Coppage, general manager.

Kelly Brothers began as a lumberyard on land leased from the L&N Railroad by brothers Ken, Ed and Gene Kelly, and their father, Rev. George Kelly. Today, the company serves customers from West Chester and Mason to Southwest Indiana, and Clermont and Adams counties in Ohio as well as Northern Kentucky.

“We still sell lumber,” says Coppage. “But we’re different from our competitors with our showroom and offering more involved products like cabinets, and countertops, Andersen windows and exterior doors, composite decking and specialty products including interior trim and mill work.”

In its showrooms, products are displayed as they’ll look when installed. Says Coppage, “We don’t have doors sitting on their own. They are framed and cased with trim, the same with cabinets and other products. There are so many different options, people need help seeing how it will look in the finished state.”
