Cincinnati law firm Frost Brown Todd LLC completed its merger with Indianapolis-based Locke Reynolds LLP. The combined company, under the name Frost Brown Tood, has 450 lawyers and a reach of eight metropolitan markets.

Donald Mallory, a member of Dinsmore & Shohl’s corporate department, was appointed to the board of the HealthPoint Foundation.

Graydon Head & Ritchey partner Richard Robinson, who practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, was named one of seven HealthPoint Heroes for contributing his time, talent and effort to HealthPoint Family Care. Robinson currently serves as chairman of the board for the nonprofit organization.

James Singler, an attorney in Keating Muething & Klekamp’s private client group, was elected to serve on the board of trustees of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for the Ohio Valley Chapter.
