Mary Jane Palmer founded Palmer Temps Inc. in 1986 to meet the needs of local businesses for clerical and factory workers, then expanded to serve technical and professional clients. After creating ComputerTutor and Palmer Personnel Solutions, The Palmer Group became the parent company of all three divisions. She also was instrumental in the formation of mPhatic Ads & Design. Palmer has served on the boards of numerous business and community organizations, including the Middletown Economic Development Corp. and the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce, and is the recipient of numerous community service and business awards, including a 2001 ATHENA Award presented at the 3rd Annual Women in Networking Conference.

Eric Kurjan
Eric Kurjan is the president and owner of the Six Disciplines Ohio Group, which is composed of four locations: Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland and Northwest Ohio. He is certified in the Six Disciplines methodology, and is responsible for coaching and offering strategic advisory services. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Kurjan was the president of Plumbline Solutions Inc., a 75-person startup software consulting company spun off from Microsoft’s location in Findlay, Ohio. Previously, he was general manager of the North American professional services organization for Microsoft, and was general manager of Microsoft’s Great Plains’ Solomon business unit.

As vice president of special events, Kathy Rambo organizes and supervises the many events sponsored by the West Chester Chamber Alliance, from the planning stage to the implementation. She frequently heads each planning committee, maintaining relationships with committee members and encouraging the participation and involvement of Chamber volunteers. She also serves on the boards of Cincinnati Union Bethel and Butler County Regional Transit Authority. Rambo has a background in sacred music (with a degree from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music) and managed her own interior design firm for many years.
